Funeral rites for Almyra A. Crosby, 31, who died in San Francisco on Thursday were held in the Shannon Funeral Chapel on Saturday with Rev. W. P. Rankin, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church officiating. Interment was in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Miss Crosby, a teacher at Fellows, Kern County, was a former resident of Modesto. She leaves her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Crosby of Tracy, and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Frances Farrens of Oakland, Marian, Lucille and Harry Crosby of Tracy and Raymond Burr Cosby of Waterford.
