In the name of God amen I Hargis King of the county of Fairfax
and the state of Virginia being in sound mind and disposing
memory do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking
all other wills hereunto by me made Item I give and bequeath
unto Jane Boswell fifty acres of land lying between the land
of Matthew Davis and William Simpson to be taken of the
upper corner of my land adjoining Faulkner. Item I give and
bequeath unto my beloved wife Winifred King after all my
Just debts are paid, all my Estate real and personal during
her natural life and after her death I give and bequeath unto Priscilla
Davis all my Estate both real and personal to her and her heirs
forever Item I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved
wife Winifred King my much esteemed friend Matthew Davis
Executrix and Executor to this my last will and Testament.
